- breve colloquio telefonico
- english assessment online: circa mezz'ora in cui bisogna rispondere oralmente a delle domande generate dall'AI sui temi più disparati, non semplicissimo (livello C1 almeno), domande anche su slang anglofoni
- assessment day: prova individuale che consiste nel creare una presentazione in 10 minuti (punti in comune e differenze tra la persona e un animale, nel mio caso era una lucertola) + gioco di gruppo (storia con puzzle da ricostruire)
- colloqui HR e tecnici individuali

Question 1
Per la storia da ricostruire in gruppo, alcuni aspetti che sono stati apprezzati:
- proporre di usare un excel
- proporre di usare il proiettore per una visione più chiara
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.

Der Ablauf wurde transparent kommuniziert.
Wertschätzender und freundlicher Umgang.
Es wurde mir ein Thema genannt auf das ich mich vorbereiten konnte. Ich Inhaber während des Bewerbungsprozesses mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen gesprochen, dadurch konnte ich einen guten Eindruck gewinnen.
