The interview I had was quite straightforward and brief. It felt easygoing from start to finish. The questions were simple and to the point, which made the whole process feel quite relaxed. There weren’t any complex or challenging topics; it was more about basic qualifications and getting a general sense of my fit for the role. Overall, it seemed like a quick and efficient way for both sides to see if there was a mutual match.
I was contacted by HR for a first interview, after which I was interviewed by the team lead. They told me the would let me know within a week, but after two they asked me to go through another interview - in the end, I was not selected and they let me know with a generic email.
Process was standard interview process. Timelines were transparent and interviewers open and honest about their experiences. It gave you a good sense of what the company would be like and what the day to day of the team you were working with would be.
