I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KPMG (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Apr 2016
Interview
Did some online tests, not very difficult. They called me for a 3h30m session with a group dynamic, more tests and an interview. For the group dynamic they gave us a case and 10 min to think about it for ourselves. Then we had to discuss it for 40 minutes or something. Everyone tries to show off and no one seems natural. A lot of people try to take the lead. I recommend letting them. When they say stuff that is wrong just correct them and argue for your position. If you are right and everyone agrees with you congratz you are now the boss. Always think you are the boss. Be very very confident and don't be afraid to speak.

Question 1
Actually nothing about me personally. I think they saw everyhting from the test and the group dynamic. They asked me what i knew about KPMG
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG in Sep 2015
Interview
Short application form, followed by Situational judgement, Verbal and Numerical tests provided by Cubiks. About a week later I completed a telephone interview, which involved some questions about the company and why you wanted to join it. There were also two questions and situations you might encounter and how you would react to them. This was followed by an assessment centre, which included an analysis report, role play exercise and in tray exercise. The structure had changed since I completed my assessment centre.

Question 1
Why KPMG?
What makes KPMG different from the rest of the big four?
What specifically about KPMG's pensions offering makes it different from the rest of the big four?
What would you expect to be doing day to day during your first year?
I was given a case and had to prepare for a presentation in front of a manager for about half an hour. The case presentation was for 10 minutes and after that, the interviewer asked me questions about my studies in the university and former internships.
