KPMG Graduate Programs interview questions

I applied in various positions withing KPMG, writing all the personalised motivation letters and etc. And all the time for my efforts I have received only automated response without any explanation why my skills are not matching the requirements. Even though in my environment I know people who have managed to get a job even though they had relatively less experience in the field.
