I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KPMG in Feb 2023
Interview
The overall experience was excellent. There were two rounds; the first was talking to the senior manager, and the second was talking to the partner. Both of them are very nice; the senior manager asks so many questions related to your ability to face difficulties and how you handle difficulties, such as how to deal with a tough person, etc. partner was just asked some basic information such as why you wanna work for KPMG, what're your backgrounds, and your research skill.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at KPMG
Interview
They have no sense of time, you will have to follow up several times. I’m not sure if this is a tactic to see how diligent you or how lazy the recruiters. No one seems to care that they’re hiring but act like they’re all so excited you applied.
