The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPMG in Sep 2010
Interview
My interviewer was a senior manager in the audit practice. She asked 6 behavioral questions. Throughout the 30 minute interview, the interviewer did not make any effort to make eye contact with me. The questions were very basic behavioral questions. For exampe, "tell me about a time when you solved a problem that generated positive outcome." I was slightly upset since it really felt like the interviewer was focusing primarily on the content of my answers, and readily looking for the next question to ask me. I feel that there was negligible effort made during the interview to assess my soft skills.
