I was onboarding through the campus recruiting process and the process was scheduled and lengthy. A lot of networking event before the recruiting process, which are really good opportunities to explore the company and build connection. They usually recruit large number of students from my college. The greeters were friendly.

Interview
After the basic online assessment, i was called for a group interview. In the group interview session(5 in a group), we were given a case study to be presented to the interviewer. It then carried on with individual interview and simple essay writting.
It is best not to be too ambitious and proud of your achievements. Show them you are very keen to learn. Seems like they do not value creative candidates but a plain piece of paper to print whatever they want on it

Interview
There are two interviews, one by senior manager and 2nd by partner. Senior manager asks technical questions and by technical questions I mean questions that test knowledge of IFRS, IAS, Taxation and General Knowledge.
If senior manager recommends your name for 2nd interview, you will be asked questions targeted at your background i.e. family background (about siblings, father's occupation, hobbies/interests etc. )
