1. Online test 2. Group interview followed by f2f interview and essay writting I applied online and received call from kpmg to do online test. Online test consist of verbal, calculation and logic test. After 2 weeks, I was called up for group interview which 60 ppl turned up.

entirely behavioral questions, looking for someone who can present themselves confidently and articulately. they want to hear all the answers you're supposed to give - don't stray, and be sure they think you fit the mold. they also want to hear that you're not going to leave after 2 years..which is what everyone does.
