KPMG Auditing Associate interview questions

The recruiting team is very active on campus. They will come once or twice a month to hold dinners/cocktail recruiting events. Current employees at all levels join as well as several current accounting students who have accepted offers. It gives you a great chance to discover the personality of employees you might be working with. A one on one interview lasting thirty minutes takes places after your resume is approved. Very straightforward. Essentially looking for personality types that will fit their group.

It was a very relaxed interview which was different from the other interviews I've been to with other audit firms. One-on-one interview at the office, but I still felt comfortable in that environment. A few challenging questions but otherwise it was all fine, just ensure that you are confident and that you look presentable.
