I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2014
Interview
My initial interview occurred in a different state. However, the interviewer was very polite and asked for use of the STAR technique during the interview. My second interview was more of an on-boarding event. We sat through power-points that explained the benefits of working for the company and we had lunch with partners from that area. We did have a second interview, but it was more to confirm information from the previous one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation in which you faced a confrontation and how you handled that situation.
!st step was 1:1 interview with the HR and it was normal interview like why did you apply here etc, and 2nd step was a test and 3rd step wat interview with 2 managers and a HR and last step was with the partner. Last interview was little bit tough. But they emphasize their value a lot.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at KPMG (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
2.5 hrs of written examination (mental aptitude, technical for CPAs, Briggs? The shading part)
Initial interview (HR)
Final interview (Manager/Supervisor)
It took 2 days for the HR to contact me after the written exam calling me for an initial interview and I was asked if I'm available the next day if ever for the final interview and then I went home and I was texted that very same day for the final interview on the next day
After that a funny thing happened, I was texted that I am already for job offer 2 days after the final interview so I went there at the scheduled time and date of the supposed to be job offer and signing. But. I was told that the HR wrongfully sent me a job offer text because my file was active. So basically what the HR was saying was that I am not for job offer but my application for employment was really rejected so yeah there it is.
The HR then told me that the HR will be giving me a chance and that the HR will endorse me to another BDU. At first I was thinking of going but I just cancelled my application.
