KPMG Audit Associate interview questions

Concise and effective interview. I enjoyed the variety of staff members I interviewed with, and they helped me get an understanding of the practice. They recruiting team did a good job getting back to me in a timely manner.

The process took almost a month from applying the job until get an offer. I apply at KPMG website. One week after, I got a phone call from HR for screening process asking about cgpa, why kpmg, why audit, which industry I interested etc. The phone call is a sudden phone call, so it is best to ready with answer once you have applied. After that, I got an email to complete the assessment. It consist of 6 parts: personality, work culture and work interest discovery. These three is about ourselves, can answer it easily. Another three: Logic, Math and English test. Its not too hard, not too easy as it has time limit, about 15 minutes for each game with around 12-15 questions. After one week and half, I got an email for online interview with the director of the specific industry. The interview went for almost 1 hour. Around 45 minutes for the iv, another 15 minutes for qna with the interviewer. The interviewer was nice. Some accounting double entry I got confused and she explained and give tips to me. Within the same week, got a call from HR for the offer. Overall, nice and smooth experience and need to be well prepared.
