Interview
The first round was campus recruiting. Interviewed by a HR representative. Most of the questions are behavioral question such as what is your strength and weakness, habits, etc. The second interview was held at KPMG New York office. A new entry auditor led us through the process and have lunch with him/her. The second round was interviewed by one manager and one partner separately. The questions were not difficult. I went over my resume with the partner. And the manager asked some behavioral questions only. No professional questions were ever asked in the whole interview process.

The first round was taken by a panel which consited of Senior manager (technical) and HR Manager. The HR Manager asked questions related to Salary and Notice period and a brief of my professional experiience. The technical manager asked questions related to my audit experience. Then he asked technical questions relating to accounting standards and company law matters in detail.

Applied through campus recruiting and received notification of 1st round, on-campus interview with a partner. was notified same day of acceptance into 2nd round interview, to take place a few weeks later. the 2nd round interview consisted of a 2-day process. the first day was a presentation in the afternoon followed by a dinner social with employees and partners. the second day was 2 rounds of 30-minute interviews with a partner and senior manager, lunch with associates, a group activity, and additional presentations. i received a call for an offer a few hours after the interview ended.
