I did an on campus interview with one of the local office's senior partners. Pretty basic behavioral interview. It carried more of a conversational feel than a true interview. The interviewer was very nice and informative, providing me information on relocation and the hiring process. Overall, it was a good experience.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KPMG in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied through campus and got selected for an interview. The interview was very basic and I was not asked any behavioral type questions. Mostly why I want to go into public accounting and why I wanted to work for KPMG. They also asked why I chose to be an accounting major.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Kampala) in May 2014
Interview
I applied early this year on line as a fresh graduate (KPMG Uganda), i did my written aptitude test which i passed. After a few weeks i was invited to KPMG Kampala offices for a group exercise which i passed. Two weeks after that exercise, i was invited for manager's interview which i did not pass. The managers that interviewed me were bullies (I should say) at the end of that interview i had lost love for KPMG, I couldn't imagine myself working with such arrogant managers!
