Interview
Applied through campus recruiting. The process took 4+ weeks. First round interview was with a partner on campus and the second round interview was with two senior managers in their office. All of the interviews were very casual and straightforward. The recruiters and staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPMG (Bengaluru) in Oct 2015
Interview
Walk in interview process. First there was an aptitude test of 30 questions. Accounting basics and some analytical questions. Followed by 3 to 4 rounds with managers, head of that department and HR. Later they said I was highly qualified for this role and they would move me to advisory. Yet to hear from them. Do not completely understand why they go ahead of the multiple rounds ahead of profile screening. Not sure if overqualified is just an excuse or they genuinely feel so.
