First Round : Group Discussion (Topics were Technology and Indian Politics,
Digital Detoxification)
Second Round : Personal Interviews (They were taking 1-2 rounds of PI's based on the candidates performance)
Personal Interview round consists of HR questions and technical questions both. There main focus was to check candidate's personality whether it will going to match the firm's requirement or not. They want candidate to be confident and bold enough to explain the things that he/she has done in his/her college life.

Interview
Short and simple. Two rounds, one HR and other with the hiring manager. Both scheduled on the same day, informed about the decision within 2 days. Maybe they needed people on an immediate basis.

Interview
Only disappointing aspect of the process was the length of time between interviews. Whole process covered a 6 month period. 3 face to face interviews, all focusing on key competency questions. Interviewers were very easy to talk too and informative about the role/company.
