Second roung with two team members asking about experiences and brain teasers. Final round was a case presented to whole team.
I had a test first, assessment centre and two interviews. The assessment centre is to show how you can work in a team and is usually assessed by a panel. The interviews are held with a Partner or Director. The experience is different for experienced hires.
