Interview
Applied online, got a call about 3 hours later where i was asked about my teamwork skills, was then invited to a group interview . Received an email a couple days after telling me to wear smart clothes & bright makeup.
Interview was relaxed, everybody was friendly. Staff seemed very unorganised and didn't get back to me until 2 weeks after interview saying i didnt get the job when they said i would be contacted asap.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KIKO in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process wasn't bad, it was after this. Firstly, I arrived at the store where I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I was assigned a section of the shop to monitor, in my case this was face care and make up. After this I was taken for a 1 to 1 interview which also went great. The next day I was called back and offered the job, I was told to come to the store that day and give in my bank account details, passport and NI number. After this was taken I was never contacted again, after trying to contact the manager several times I finally received a response when she told she was going to call me later to confirm everything, after this I was never contacted again.
