KIKO interview questions

I arrived early so was taken upstairs to put my things down and taken to the shop floor to familiarise myself with the workspace and the products. The manager came over and asked me to assist any customers by giving them a basket if they are holding a product and tell them about the current promotions, followed by a one to one interview.

Really easy interview, was asked a few normal interview questions and then went onto the shop floor to role play selling the products. Depending on the time of day you may have to role play with an employee rather than customers. However you are expected to try and sell to members of the public. I was give a very quick overview of the new collection and had to sell at least 2 items.
