KAYAK interview questions

No feedback, just a decline answer,.... shame on them,I was working on the interviews exercises for a week and no feedback from them. I would not recommend this company to none of my friends. Jus tfor future people looking for a job please do not apply. they sent me two exerc. and after two weeks I got no tecnical feedback from the kayak at all... I hope that this review will be helpful for others

Sent in application, no confirmation mail was sent back (even not an automated/generic email). After 1 week follow up email by me. Few days later I eventually received the first "life signal" from someone from HR, stating that my application has been received and they will get back to me if my profile fits to the vacancy. Obviously it did not since I never heard back from them after months. Also no rejection email or any other reply. As an HR leader with several years of experience I just have to say this was one of the worst experiences I've ever made in a recruiting process.
