Simple application procedure. Worse part is that recruiter replied but with an unreasonable justification. I applied for a junior positive even though I qualify to senior roles. In terms of experience, skills and education than what is specified in the job description. It is fine to reject an application for whatever reason. But by giving these unsubstantiated reasons, they are just showing that their processes, employees and values are not that truthful and serious. I find it also funny that they claim themselves as 'great' .
