The recruiting process included 4 steps: An online interview with the HR coordinator; participating in a live session and filling an experience questionnaire afterward; A face-to-face interview with the team leader; and a face-to-face interview with the co-founder and CRO.

Had an interview with the chief of staff - a task - and then interview which I did pass.
Then I had another interview with the head of the support team - a task - and short interview.

The first stages seemed shallow but the CEO interview was very intense and impressive.
