Johnson & Johnson R D interview questions

I received an email from the Hiring Manager to set some time to talk over the phone. I had a 30min phone interview with the Hiring Manager and 2-3 other people that I would work with. I then got a call to meet them in person and make sure I was a good fit for the team.

Interview was much more of a conversation than a formal meeting. There were no situational or behavioral interview questions, just questions on my experience/resume. Interviewer was very laid back and not intimidating at all.
