Had an initial phone screen which took about 20 minutes. The time frame from my phone screen to my second interview was about 2.5 weeks. Second round was very pleasant with two direct reports for the role. Didn't hear back for about 3 weeks. The interview process was very long, about over month long process. Was told that the company was going in a different direction and decided to cancel the role.

Interview
It was a clear and understandable process. I appreciated the employee portal, inspiration and updates. It would be nice to have a chance to review your own application with the hiring manager. I will apply again for another position.
