Interview
I had an on-campus interview. Basically you're just expected to know your resume really well and be able to explain concepts related to development at a high level. Do some preparation on the company but don't forget to make sure you're prepared to talk about the position as well. I'm only rating my experience as negative because the company never got back to me, pretty rude considering their recruiters always claim to say they treat candidates well.
