I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Newark, NJ) in Jun 2025
Interview
Overall took 4 months from submitting application until date of hire, so do not be discouraged if things "seem" slow = they ARE slow but overall a pleasant experience. I've interviewed with J&J in the past and always had great experiences. After submitting application, a month later I heard back from a recruiter to schedule a screening call where he'd ask questions about experience and fit for the new role. After that, they said I'd be hearing from the hiring manager to schedule a 1 hour panel interview with 4 other people who I'd be working with cross-functionally. The panel interview where each person asked behavioral/fit questions and also included 10 minutes for me to present on a business case. 2 weeks later, I then heard that I was moving forward to the offer stage. Verbally negotiated a bit and after another week, I received the written offer.
