The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Anaheim, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was a situational interview. The questions were pretty tough. I'm the interview I was told about the benefits of working at J&J and the opportunities to move around within the company.
Tell me about a time you promised to deliver a customer a product but you realized that you could not get the product finished on time or the product would not be up to standard. What did you do?
30 minutes, one director, one manager. Director takes the lead, and asked me 8questions in total. First introduce yourself, then about credo. Behavior questions, observational questions. I also got a chance to ask them questions. They also asked one open ended question about my decision making skill.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Danvers, MA) in Sep 2024
Interview
Hirevue assessment, so it was you recording your answers to questions. The questions were asked in a video format. There were 3 questions, and a personality assessment after. But it took a very long time after the assessment before hearing back. Have not gotten an official rejection, but 1 month later even after following up and not getting emailed back, I'm assuming it is a no.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
Two interviews, one with recruiter one with manager. Asked typical questions but each related to the credo. Lots of STAR questions, but be prepared for it to be long. Definetly need to prepare and learn the credo
