I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Singapur) in Feb 2017
Interview
I received a text for an interview through a Philippines local number 2 weeks after applying. I received no e-mail notification prior to that and the call was conducted the day after through WhatsApp which I personally find rather unprofessional for a company listed among Fortune 500. The person calling just asked some prepared questions without following up on my responses. He was more concerned on summarising my points and removed all the essential details of my answers (he kept asking me to reiterate my response then he would read out what he typed on his end). Since he did not give me his full name, I was not able to find him anywhere online and at the same time, I was also concerned that he would not give my complete responses to the manager, so I requested for his corporate e-mail, but did not get any response from him despite having read the message. Overall, that was my worst recruitment experience among all companies I have applied :/

Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
I was referred through my manager while on co-op, and it was a smooth transition into receiving information of the interview day, and how to prep!
The interview day was fun and engaging. I got to meet individuals who were interviewing for the same position with similar and different backgrounds, which was exciting! There were a lot of full-time employees involved and recent employees in the TLDP which was great.
