The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Sep 2011
Interview
Not as bad as I expected. While in the waiting room there was a former co-op who now works at J&J in the FLDP program. I struck up a conversation with her and she was very knowledgeable about how co-ops work. Friendly interviewers who want you to do well. Consisted of two 15 minute interviews each 1:1 with an interviewer. There were some finance and accounting questions.
Go prepared, it goes a long way to helping your confidence.
