Pretty laid back. Was all virtual on the teams call with multiple people. Seemed to really want the right man for the job and were picky. Asked a lot of past situational questions

The interview was scripted and didn't allow for much deviation which made it awkward at times. The questions were not relevant to the role I applied at all. I almost wasn't allowed to say what I wanted to.
