Telephone interview with HR, followed by on site interview. A formal presentation is required followed by questions from future manager and colleagues. The panel basically wants to see if you have the right skills for the job, i.e. expertise in different research fields, as shown by your past achievements. The interview was followed by a brief visit and discussion with potential colleagues, and a tour of the facilities.
