I applied online, then had two interviews, one phone interview and two weeks later in Johnson Matthey. The one in Johnson Matthey was in two section, one technical and one non-technical interview, each took 1.5 hours. They interview went very smooth. Typical questions like why you want to work for this company? What challenges have you faced in research and how did you manage it? Where you see yourself in 5 years? Give some examples of cases that you have shown creativity or innovation?
