three seperate meeting with various people in the organization, much emphasis on interpersonal skills as one would expect for a sales oriented role. Engineers are very highly regarded and almost a mandatory requirement - it helps to be recognized by clients as credible, though little of the work will actually be engineering related, depending on the specific position. Interview is mostly background and interpersonal skills.

So hard, need to learn more on technical question (very basic) such as what is airflow, explain chiller, what is air flow rate. But, the interviewer give good feedback and comments.

Great interview process, the people I spoke to were very friendly, and the work culture seemed great. They are also very prompt about their responses so you don't sit around waiting for them to get back to you for very long
