1x1 interview at job fair followed by group and 1x1 interviews at corporate headquarters in Milwaukee after being nominated from the job fair. Interviews in MKE are with regional HR and specific managers from across the country. One or more managers HR folks can make offers.
Remote zoom interview with recruiter, followed up by 2nd interview with local area manager. Easy process saving time and costs of in person interview. The downside is the lack of communication with manager after the zoom call
