First there was a group interview (groups of around eight people) with shared topics to discuss in front of members of the buying teams. Followed by individual interview with buyers.

Talk about a time you implemented a change in a process in your previous position
Fun and engaging. assessment is a group environment with a range of questions and group discussions. More friendly with the managers open to answers questions and be supportive. Some formal stuff, but generally open ending chats.
A group activity (5 to 6 people) targeting sales approach and techniques. A team member is listening in to your contributions. Followed by individual questions about you, CV etc. It is very interactive and engaging. I actually enjoyed the process.
