John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Pretty standard interview, nothing out the ordinary for a job in a retail business. Seem to take place the manager of the area you work in the building. Not terrible.

The interview was conducted in few group activities. Seemed more like favouritism. A lot of senior interviewers themself are not as well experienced or professional. The interview was with activities and then one to one with someone. For the company itself and the work it’s more high demand then what it should be.
