John Lewis & Partners interview questions

It was a group assessment style interview in which the group of us were given a variety of situations to look at which we had to devise responses to as a team

Group interview which is scenario based and then a one to one which involved 3 questions and some “housekeeping” which was them telling me about the probation period and checking what hours I could do. I found the interviewers friendly which took away some nerves.
