John Lewis & Partners interview questions

It was a group interview, around 8 other candidates. We were given a scenario to plan an in-store christmas event. We had five minutes to write down ideas individually, then 15 afterwards to discuss with the group. It was basically an assessment of who could talk the most.

Group interview, phone call and offer. No details of shift patterns prior to interview or during. Interview was with 5 others and was in front of managers in store with a task on types of customer and how you would serve them. Follow this there was a one on one 15 min interview talking about experience, availability and who you are.
