I was invited to answer some questions online first which asked about various skills and behaviours. Then a in person group interview where you sit at tables of 5ish and discuss questions from a sheet. You are observed by a few current members of staff for your answers and how you are in a team. You then do some written questions on your own to finish.

It was a long day, the process lasted several hours. There was a group task, then individual interview questions followed by a role play call. Questions were standard competency based and panel were nice and friendly
