John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Have done 2 interviews with JL and both interviews went very well . It was a nice experience talking to their product leads. I got thru 1st interview but the role was cancelled due to budget constraints. Recruiter contacted me early in Jan for an FTC . I did the interview in 2nd week of Jan and its been 45 days and hiring manager still hasn't made a decision. While interview experience is great the entire process is so slow and getting a reply from hiring team takes ages. My advice to them don’t waste candidates time if you are not sure you want to hire and can’t make a decision. Taking 45 days and making a decision is just not acceptable.

The interview process was very good. They asked you very answerable questions and there was a lot of opportunities to ask questions about the job role. They was also very good at getting back to you about your application and whether you was successful during the interview process.
