John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Interviewed by 2 Merchandisers from different teams who were both hiring, they were both very nice, one mainly asked the questions and the other took notes. They were both friendly and put me at ease and made clear I was able to ask for a question to be repepated, stop for a drink of water or a breather at any time

Group scenario based, gives different scenarios and expects group to come up with best solution, and then individual questions based on competencies and values. It was fairly straightforward and had very nice interviewers.
