Interview process was very straightforward. Got contacted after I submitted my application to book an interview slot. I had to prepare a task which was giving a personal styling talk on the shopfloor. I chose a WW back to work theme and picked some items from the website giving a brief description of how they could be styled and what bodyshape/colour the items suited best. They then asked me some questions about my experience.
