1:1 interviews in person. I was asked questions that were relatively easy to answer such as, 'What does excellent customer service mean to you'. And 'what would you do if you faced a difficult customer' I was also asked my availability during the interviews

45 minute group activity regarding a festive brief as it was a christmas temp position. No individual interview just an accessor listening into your group discussions. no presenting ideas at the end either.
