John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Answer questions online as part of the application then one 90 minute interview. Interview consists of some warm up questions that arent graded and then 6 questions. They do give you lots of material to use to prepare including example questions

Good, about an hour-long process. Had to do an assessment and do a style talk, which was nerve-racking but fun. My interviewer was nice and very informative. It was on my own, not with other candidates.
