Interview
Relatively straight forward application. First did it online, then had to answer multiple choice questions. Got an email saying I had been successful and an invite to a group assessment. Had group assessment 2 weeks later, wasn't as bad as i thought. Note; be mindful about who's table your sitting on during group assessment. Avoid the tables with those who talk a lot or the bigger characters as they can over shadow you if your quieter. Speak up, the assessors want to hear you.

Interview
I applied for a temp position on the Thursday and passed all online asessments, I later got an email inviting me to an assessment centre the next morning. Here we we're split into groups of 5 and given a group activity and individual activity. The group activity you are given a scenario to interperate with your other team mates. A current employee sits in and listens to your discussion. You are judged on confidence, imput, ability to organise tasks, how you work in a team and ability to think outside the box. You are then given a questionaire to fill in about the position and an individual assessment with 3 scenarios you must give your opinions on. 2 days after this I was told I had been successful and passed the assessment centre but there was no vacancy for me which was so dissappointing.
