I applied online. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners
Interview
The graduate scheme recruitment process consisted of an initial application in which information from the CV had to be reiterated, and other information filled in. Following this, I was prompted to complete a wide variety of online tests. These tests covered verbal reasoning, diagrammatic reasoning, numerical reasoning and a management suitability questionnaire. My scores in this stage were not sufficient to continue in the process, and I did not receive any feedback about why, or what were my shortcomings in the process.

Management suitability questionnaire, with questions on possible management scenarios, with responses to rate from best to worst
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Bracknell, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Group interview entirely irrelevant to the role. Did not start in time due to interviewees arriving late. One 2 one interview was given details of the wrongjob & salary.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2016
Interview
Standard John Lewis online tests, situational tests etc. On reflection the exam is quite generic and doesn't relate specifically to the role.
I was ten United to a formal interview with a deputy manager which went well. During the interview I did a case study test.
I passed the formal interview and and was invited in for an 'Informal chat' with the site manager. This ended up being an extremely formal second interview which through me off slightly, nonetheless, always be prepared.
Overall positive experience and very friendly managers.
