John Lewis & Partners interview questions

They were critical however made me feel very comfortable. They asked me few technical questions but I was an intern so it wasn't all that bad. They were really nice but stern at the same time. My whole experience was jovial and thoroughly loved the experienced gained from them

Average interview yet a few difficultly worded questions. Think for a minute before you speak. Depending on how many applied for the role, usually it will be a group interview. I however was lucky and had a one to one interview. They will be interested to know if you have experience within customer service and what you think makes a top service.
