John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Online application followed by a basic situational questionnaire. A week later I was contacted to book a face to face interview and group exercise at John Lewis. This lasted about 30 - 40 minutes in total.

Very simple and straightforward. We were briefly asked why we wanted the job and to describe ourselves. We were then given a group task to discuss the order in which we would complete a list of tasks. Finally we were asked to individually answer some situational based question.
