John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Was the first candidates of the day so two of us got taken upstairs to fill out availability forms. Then we would have our 1 on 1 interviews, most of these questions are workplace examples and also "tell me about yourself" type questions, try to talk about why they should employ you rather than a life story . After this 2 other candidates arrived and had 1 on 1s which we sat waiting for. Finally 2 more candidates arrived and we began the group task. We had to create a handout for new partners to use with tips on how to deliver good customer service, increase product knowledge and handle complaints. Try to come up with some examples in advance.
