John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Applied online, filling in CV information, then had to complete various tests - scenario based questions testing personality, skills and competency. Once I passed this, I was offered the interview, for which I had to prepare a presentation based on John Lewis products. Interview was a one to one with my potential line manager.

The interview was done in a group setting of about 10 candidates. We was split into two teams and had to do a series of tasks. The tasks were not overly difficult but there was no individual interviews done after and so there was no initial feedback as to how I had done.
