The interview process was pretty easy. Applied for the position, completed an online assessment, called in for a group interview, followed by an individual interview, then received a job offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Liverpool, Inglaterra) in May 2017
Interview
I applied online on their careers website and had to complete a short assessment. I passed the assessment and received an email for an interview. The interview lasted about an hour and a half and consisted of a group activity with other candidates and then a one to one. For the group activity we were asked to come up with a list of what good customer service is, the interviewers watched us and our individual contribution and made notes. We then had to present our ideas, I decided to do this to make a good impression and to show I was confident.
